This Sounds beautifull. It has a really pretty soft and emotional tone. The second piece you played sounded like a really pretty aquarium, soft and rich in colour it was mesmerizing. I would love to use this piano to make a tear jerking passage.

What a warm sound! I really enjoyed how nice it feels when messing around through all the octaves (I personally think the upper register sounds awesome) and I could easily see this as a stand-alone for many compositions while also being able to fit right in to an ensemble setting.

Aside from the quality of their libraries, I appreciate the fact that Spitfire pays royalties to the performers who play on their sample libraries (and they are supporters of music education). The BBC Symphony Orchestra has been my go-to symphonic library since its release and, as you said, this piano is made to pair with it.

Awesome showcase of the library! This has a great sound to back up a musical number, or a show tune; can really hear Alan Menken or Gershwin sounding great with this! I would definitely try writing something in that style!

WOW!! This is definitely nice and would be a great compliment to the BBCSO that I've had for over a year or so. Rich, deeply elegant and would sound as great as the rest of the orchestra does in that same space. Brilliant. And as usual another superb video exploration of the instrument. Could use this and might have to get this indeed regardless. Nice. I DO like to hear pedal and key volumes a little bit because it IS there naturally anyway. But having the controls over those sounds helps too but most all pianos have some of that sound no matter how well they're adjusted and it makes it sound much more natural to my ears.

Fantastic demo. Your lovely playing beautifully illustrates the library's potential. The sound is incredibly clear, warm and bright. While it would be the ideal partner for BBCSO Core and would stand out in my orchestral tracks, I can also picture myself using this piano on its own for calming jazz piano ballads and lullabies.

I agree with you about the reverb. It's not bad, just doesn't sit well in every situation. There are probably more mic options in the pro version to have more of that intimate sound but as you said, this would sit nicely in the context of an orchestra. Andy Blaney's demo on the pro version page can attest to that. The piano itself sounds absolutely fantastic, thanks for this review!

Would love to have this in my collection and try it out in my more orchestral and classical-esque pieces and scoring to picture- ideally the pro version eventually. Lovely sound, I like the sound on the high registrer. I'd use it for emotional or relaxed atmospheres. In the way you play it, it reminds me sometimes also atmosphere like Hisaishi's style.

Time to write my piano concerto! Sounds a little heavy on the reverb but hopefully that is adjustable - maybe with the pro version you could use more of the close mics and less of the more distant mics for a more intimate sound. I will definitely be using this in my composition along with the rest of BBCSO core.
