Arrigo Sacchi, the Italian former professional football coach of AC Milan and Italy, is known for his famous quote: “I never realised that to become a jockey you needed to be a horse first.” This quote was directed at those who questioned his qualifications for coaching, given that he was never a professional football player himself.

Love Thomas Frank spirit, energy, honesty, personality. Gary love his personality questions interviewing, cooking, needs to keep this up cooking for football players, coaching, n interviewing them at the same time in his home you get to know the real person. Thomas Frank was a great start. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🍽🐟🥂⚽️🎤👍🏽🙏🏾

I'm a Brentford supporter and suspect all supporters would agree that Thomas(and Matthew Benham) are the best thing that has happened to the club, and the last thing they want is to loose either one.Let the "big" clubs in need of a top class manager look elsewhere.

100% agree. He will go one day but hopefully they have a clear succession plan in place that will build on his legacy. Knowing how well this club is run I’m sure they will. These are the glory days for the club and I still pinch myself we are at the top table. So proud to be a Bees supporter
