This is probably my favorite story from the first season of the show, it's just so well done, and I enjoyed almost all of the stories in the first season. Having watched 'The Road to El Dorado' movie (which I loved) after watching 'The Aztecs', I feel like the movie takes influence from this story, some of it's beats at least, which would be really cool if true.

I just love it how they correct Ian for mispronouncing Yauhtloc, when everyone's mispronouncing Yauhtloc, Yetaxa and Tlotoxl. They seriously could've just looked up Nahuatl phonology instead of just assuming it was like English.
