Luo: we used rocks, bombs, and hammers to hurt people, damage public infrastructures, beat others with different opinions to death, and burn the whole street into ashes, but we are peaceful.😂😂😂
Don't interrupt other when he wasn't finishing his speech.It's the basis politeness. Isn't its a open platform for those who different opinions? Please respect others' right to speak.

But look carefully. Is the China guy really against democracy? Is the Hong Kong guy really pro-democracy? The protests in 2019 was anything but peaceful. So who is lying through his teeth? And why does a person talk so "funny"? The good guy may be playing devil's advocate and the devil may be hiding in plain sight
I was so sadness since few years ago. I used to like BBC, but I think they’re losing their independent opinion and professionalism moral which the journalist should have. it’s really unfortunate.

You should take a look at the media coverage in China, they are definitely one-sided in a sense, just to report the ideology of the Chinese Communist Party, its impossible to see some objective views here ,because UK is not a politically neutral country,its same in China
Once the host has a position, this interview is obviously unfair. Talking about the US Trump supporters attacking Congress, the host immediately interrupted and transferred back to Hong Kong.
This host is a mafia. He knows the guys sent to jail lead the violent protest but keep saying they did nothing. Think about it, any country would penalize the leader of domestic terrorism. And stop saying the protest is peaceful.
what happened in Hong Kong was much worst than what happened during the US capital riot on the 06 Jan. In Hongkong those mentioned people were sentenced to jail, because they are committed the crime of illegal assembling, but don’t forget and most importantly the same people are also the one who was promoting violence demonstration, which they have no punished yet by the new national security law,... otherwise the 18 months sentenced should change to 18 years or more, this should includes Nathen Law,.. The leader or the promoter of the capital riot in the US capital, were determined as terrorist,. they might not be the one who physically entered the capital hill, but they are the one who will be punish the most,... before 97 under the British rule, hongkong didn’t have free democracy, free legislation and free election.,... and the most funny part is you can hear they are talking about it and promoting this now,... why now? not before the 97? UK has no obligation whatsoever toward Hong Kong,... the BNO passport immigration program is a joke, defining the BNO passport holder as the second class citizen,... and they talking about the Equality of human right,....?! BBC was asking why they are thousands of BNO passport wish to leave Hongkong,... I would like to also ask back, why they are millions wanted to stay. I used to like BBC, but I think they’re losing their independent opinion and professionalism moral which the journalist should have.,. double standard and miss leading,... it’s really unfortunate.

So Luo and the host interrupt Gao and ask him to be polite. Hmm..
If China has promised not to change the political systems of Hong Kong for 50 years, what do you suggest the central government should respond if some people want Hong Kong to leave China and go independence ?

The concern for national security law is real. But the demonstrators’ violent behavior is real as well.
@zephyrzhang9253 Жыл бұрын
I can’t agree more. But as fact, from the view of many stupid Chinese, central government should establish national security law for HK in any occasion, which I think is truly wrong. As a Chinese , I should say that upholding freedom for HK should be responsibilities of all human including China, US, UK. And HK

@@zephyrzhang9253 HKies grow up in a society that respects freedom of speech, including people’s right of demonstration. They do 7/1 demonstrations every single year. They should know what is acceptable and what is not. Stupid Chinese people’s thoughts shouldn’t be the excuses to use violence. Just like if you have a racist neighbor, that shouldn’t be the excuse for you to become a series killer. There are more civilized ways to solve the problem

Please see the beginning of the protests, millions of HK people marched peacefully. Also please look at the point when the situation changed was the time of people were attacked by the men in white.
@hulong0205 Жыл бұрын
@@nainaididi at first, the protests are mostly peaceful. And I really respect that. I think that’s the hkies that I remember, the group of people who are well educated and lay obeying citizens But as the government is not taking any measures to negotiate with the protesters. Things get nasty. Which I can’t blame the hkies, as that’s just how it plays out for 99% of the civil movements. I don’t consider kidnapping passengers in the airport as a peaceful protest, nor those people who zip ting a human being onto luggage cart as peaceful protesters. And if I remember right, those shitty things happened before the white man attack event. So no, Mobs are mobs. No excuse given.
