Great video! I learned a lot. I've recently began researching about the Jazz kissaten and have been incredibly intrigued about the history. It inspired me to start my own vinyl-listening events in rural central California. I would love to visit Japan and experience the kissaten first-hand.

29:04 that is the La Jetee bar in tokyo on the left! The owner is Chris Marker's fan and Chris Marker actually visited it. Wim Wanders met Christ Marker at the bar when he was making Sans Soleil. The bar appears in Wim Wander's Tokyo-Ga.
