I hate to say, but many of BBFF episodes follow the same story line. Somebody who is already dead appears and then their friend is told that he or she already died several days before.

This one might be fiction but I had a somewhat similar incident happen with me. When I was at this training place back in late February 2007 there was this guy who sat near me. I’m very certain he came in, said hi to me how am I doing, took his coat off, turned his computer on, and left to go use the bathroom or maybe get coffee. About 10 minutes later the trainer guy said, “(so and so) won’t be in today,” which surprised me. I said, “what do you mean? He came in,” and I pointed at his computer and coat……now to only see the computer off and the coat not there. Later that day……we found out he had gotten killed the previous night.

Nevertheless, in real life, if you noticed someone energetically talking to themselves, you wouldn't say "you're quite the motormouth", but rather ask "are you ok", or "why are you talking to yourself?" I suppose they didn't want to spoil the plot, which is why she didn't ask him directly.
