Maybe she wouldn`t have the groundskeeper fired because the dream she sees was a hint of an accident, not murder and she didn`t realize that as she thought it was him (Groundskeeper) who intended to kill her husband and if she didn`t had him fired for nothing, It won`t happen cause of a hedge clippers he leaves behind in the bush.

Man, the wife was really starting to come to life and then BANG! But what I don't get is that he's stabbed with a knife in the dream here he falls into the hedge clippers. Yet , if he didn't fire the guy this might not have happened but yet the nightmares would have probably persisted.

WHAT!? I know for a fact that this type of things happen for real. I don't care who believes me, but whenever you have a terrible dream, -not just a nightmare- you gotta re-tell it as soon as possible to someone that was not in said dream. Do it before you forget because it will come true but in a slightly different way, if you forget the dream you will get déjà vu when the event happens.

Whenever a horse panics or rears you retreat immediately. See my grandfather bred Arabian stallions and taught both my father and myself this lesson as soon as we were able to ride and manage the creatures. Despite being typically docile and graceful they pack immense strength especially in their lengthy supple legs and a blow from a hoof can spell death by rupturing internal organs. Honestly if the clippers didn't impale him the hit from that hoof especially if he was struck on the head would have killed him via skull fracture. Also in the premonition the weapon was a knife but in reality it's clippers that certainly is convenient AND in the vision she each time NEVER sees the horse somehow

That's the way to handle it, if you think the gardener wants to kill you then fire him for no reason and give him a reason to kill you. But I'm sure a gate and a few bushes in front of the house would keep an insane murderer out. The logical thing to do would be to go over the guys records the next day and see when the last time he received a good pay raise, it might be that he's over due. That could make anyone cranky. I would take a stab at this and call it fiction.
