There Group leader is one of the most famous choreographers in the world. Ive seen a documentary of there audition process and literally thousands of people all around the world apply because they are one of the best.

as a choreographer I can say that we never really work on a choreo alone. All of the dancers add their own steps and suggest modifications so in the end the choreography is often cerated by the whole crew
