Really enjoying this. Very informative. Can't wait hear that engine turn over. I like how you're going to do a tally on the restoration. So many people that do restoration just completely avoid discussing the cost of things, as if that's not a significant part of any rebuild.

Please help! My headlight goes dim when I hit the breaks. My blinkers barely work. When they want to. Running light don't work but brake light does! I'll pay you for your input and time! My tail light is grounded to itself by previous owner. Light don't work unless screw is in light socket. It's an 84 suzuki fa50

Where did you source all your parts for your FZ50 Rebuild? I also have an 80 FZ50 I want to rebuild. Mine has 333 original miles on it, but it sat at my in-laws for over 30 years. Thanks, Russ

I don't use electrical tape for much of anything either, sometimes to tie a bubble of wires together once I'm done splicing them. I'll use twist on wire nuts, but I try and avoid them if possible. I prefer crimp connectors and solder/heat shrink type connections. I feel they're more secure and look more professional.

Hey I know it's probably just hindsight at this point, considering it's part 11, but have you created a diagram of your wiring rework? I only ask because when I first tried to rewire my '67 VW Bug I went insAYne chasing my own mistakes.. literally a year of rewiring, then removing, then rewiring again after slowly following progress on a diagram.. it is worth it, I am saying, in terms of sanity preservation. Also I realise the figures are scarce but 1 to 4 dislike ratio? I feel like you've got some long-standing yet completely forgotten rival from your childhood or something, disliking all of your videos \ streams.. anyways, nice video. Not sure why but when I could tell you were going a little nootz in your words it kinda felt more natural of a video.. I'm not really sure how to judge video production beyond 'good' or 'bad' .. that said, it was good, from my perspective.

I have a loyal fan of haters I guess. You can't please everyone... as for a wiring diagram, since the directional circuit is isolated from the main wiring harness, and is very simple to follow, I chose not to bother with a diagram; it just doesn't seem necessary.
