A real leader cant be a survey follower. I remember BBM saying that before running. He again said that when his approval rating went up last March 2024. Reforms regarding bureaucracy, economic policies, agrarian are often unappreciated. Structural changes take time to be felt.

I think PBBM won't mind about popularity as long as he can finish his term accomplishing what he wants. He can not control what will happen in 2028. It would be too distracting for a busy president like him to mind about 2028. Maybe what he likes to do is to institutionalize key policies and programs for stability and continuity. 2025 would be very important though for his administation

Marcos syempre. At mas pang long term pa kasi may systemic and structural reforms. Sa duterte para kang nagpatayo ka ng bahay na malaki at napakaganda. Pero after ilang taon nagccrack na yong poste at beam dahil malambot at lupa at substandard ang materyales. Di sya nakikita dahil nakatago pala ang problema.
