Hi Coach: So you have 1 hour to train a day. You train a certain move maybe a new move you are working on. For me my other moves get worse because Im not practicing the old moves. Should you be at least doing a few reps/sets of the moves you already know daily before trying a new move? Example I know how to do flares, swipes and windmills but if I dont practice them daily it gets ugly in a week or 2 but I cant train these all the time or I wont be able to learn new things.
