I’m that kind of person who has not commented on any of the several thousands of videos I watched in the last decade. I really got to say this video is the most important asset a beginner bboy who has just started can get on KZbin. I swear all other people are teaching so called beginner moves that a beginner can never do without first learning what you told the real basics. Until the body is not capable of doing something no matter how hard working you are it’s just not possible. I just want to say I love you and your channel because from where I come there’s not a single public place where one could learn all this so the best teacher I can get is you also new sub here yo 😋

I have questions about this Tutorial: How many times at week i shuold do this exercises? What if I dance every day? I should make this exercises after training or give a break? And my last question: which typep of this exercises i should make? All of them?
@AJ47SoulMavericks7 жыл бұрын
djodak7 sorry for the delayed reply. If you're training breakin' everyday then it's best to train different things on different days. At least one rest day a week is advised. You have choices as to when, the really intense exercises you can perform after training but you'll require appropriate nutrition to recover so you can train again the next day. Personally I tend to do core and shoulder exercises in the mornings and will then train breakin' later on in the day then do intense exercises afterwards followed by a healthy meal or protein shake straight after. Core I feel it possible to train every day, shoulders on the other hand may require a rest. Hope this answers your questions, message me if you have any more 😉

Question; How long did it take you to reach your current skill level, and during that period, how intensely did you train? Edit; I mean the actual dance moves themselves, not physical strength. :)
@AJ47SoulMavericks7 жыл бұрын
It's hard to say in terms of time wise, as of 2018 been breakin' 14 years. You have to factor in the times I was injured, times I didn't have the correct information of 'how' to learn a move properly and of course the times when I'm training super intensely and the times I'm not. My crew ultimately were fast tracked in our beginnings. So we got good rather quick at the time. I'll make a full video on this story soon but the meat of is that we were trained by DJ Renegade & Storm (partly) to be the best crew in our country and represent the United Kingdom at an international level. So we've always had this format and crew culture of intense training at the heart of what our crew is about. I think it's fair to say very, very intense. Luckily in our beginnings we had Bboy's like Mouse (and many others, past and present) in our crew who were a huge part of our early development which has continued in the form of younger members who have taken the crew name ever further like Sunni and Terra. So we've always had this "must work hard because we ain't getting smoked." attiude in the beginning. More on this later in a video with some old footage I think. Mavericks has always been about training with a goal in mind "battles."

So I thank you very much for this video so I can condition this lazy body into something I can break with :3. Though.
