I struggle with the mental aspect big time. Always holding myself back. 1. Because I'm afraid I won't be good enough and 2. Partly because I don't want to make the whacker bboys feel bad. Its weird. Definitely something for me to work on. Awesome video.

MyMeObsession I hear you man it's something we all go through!! Just remember you only have to ever be good enough for yourself, life is too short to go around trying to be good enough for other people just be happy with yourself man!! Keep doing your best everyday aslong as you always do your best then thats good enough :)

honestly , It works both ways for me . If it is a good day , i can practice for 5 hours straight . If is a bad day the whole practice is crap no matter how long i practice .
@MagnusMagneto9 жыл бұрын
Bboyz Rice For sure! We're all different, so different things work for each of us, this is just the way that has worked best for me. ! The issue I had with training 5-8 hours a day is I had the exact same issue you have, I would have a great day training but then I wouldn't have another good practice for a good 2 days because I was so sore and tired mentally from that super long practice. I find I get more done and I consistently have good practices when I cut it down to shorter lengths of time. Hope this helps ^_^ Keep training hard!

what about if you want to be on a high level (like competing in the bc one world final) is it still enought to train 2-3 hours a day?
@MagnusMagneto9 жыл бұрын
+carlo diaz (lil diaz) If you push yourself hard enough in those 2/3 hours 100% actually train BBOYING (for 2/3 hours) But then throughout the day feel free to Condition and stretch for another 2 hours if you want and go out dancing or go take classes etc. Just only go to train breaking for that amount of time for the rest of the day explore other areas that will benefit your practice.
