I think the episodes where you repurpose leftovers are some of my favorites. I always have leftovers and generally only want to just reheat them one day, after that I need to turn it into something new if i am to use it.

I've been told Famous Dave's BBQ makes something similar to this. Googled 'cheesy brisket egg rolls' and got this.👍🏼

Q-Shi, which sadly shut down, was a restaurant here in Texas, and they had amazing BBQ Eggrolls, yours looked better with the Mexican flair, definitely gonna try to make some.

Terrific idea, looks really good. I especially enjoy your growing appreciation for better quality cheeses than in our early days together on the channels. BTW, you may already be doing this, but I use Tajin in my Mexican style rice (a healthy teaspoon or so per cup of rice)..........game changer.

Love this "fusion" cooking method Neal! Tell me - Would sous-vide be a good way to reheat leftover brisket? I can introduce moisture and flavor into the vacuum bag and then carefully control the temperature. - Cheers!
