BBQ Pork and Brussel Sprouts - Episode 194

As much as I enjoy recording most of my videos during my Montreal walks, I am also aware a lot of viewers still like to see me do some home cooking. For those loyal watchers, we use this episode to get some Friday barbecuing done in the backyard!
I love a good pork tenderloin when it's charred and well seasoned. And back in early 2024, I recorded an episode that showed how you could make your own BBQ seasoning from scratch. Both things combined made a very tasty meat dish.
Another thing I've grown to like is having more vegetables cooked over charcoal. Brussel sprouts, something I only had once before this episode, is something else I realized are quite tasty. We do that along with another veggie medley for my dinner. A fine raspberry beer and New England IPA gave me the fuel I needed to get this done.
