We had a slightly later start to barbecue season compared to previous years. So we will use the first outdoor episode of 2024 to make tuna steak!
Rather than relying on my usual bavette steak, I wanted to try something a little different. I am very familiar with tuna in my dishes, and steak is one of those things I saw but never tried. After finding a basic recipe, I thought it would offer some new content for a familiar routine. A vegetable medley in olive oil tops up a delicious supper!
