Looks great! Pulled pork is BBQ from the Carolina’s. They use a vinegar based sauce with some tomato sauce and chili flakes. I’m impressed for someone who says they don’t know what they are doing. If you want to do it again ask your butcher for a pork butt. Has lots of fat but it’s more dispersed throughout the meat instead of a big cap on top.
