Ingredients:
butter
bbq sauce
apple juice
Rub of your choice. I used Phil the Grill rub me all over.
Directions:
I used the 3-2-1 method.
place ribs on a a cutting board and remove the membrane if you like.
Rub the ribs with mustard front and back.
then put rub all over the ribs.
next step you will let your ribs rest for 15 min per side before putting on more rub.
once the ribs have been sweating. place the ribs on the smoker for 3 hours on 225 degrees.
make sure to spray apple juice every hour.
pull off the smoker and put butter on the bottom of the ribs and wrap them in foil. place back on the smoker for 2 hours.
after they have been on for 2 hours pull them off and unwrap the ribs.
bath the ribs in bbq sauce and place back on the smoker for 1 hour.
the internal temp should be at 185-190. do the bend test with your ribs by lifting the center of the ribs to see if they bend.
let ribs rest for 15 min before eating.
