1:13 girl I thought it was too little tbh, but as a Filipino I find the concept of adobo seasoning hilarious bc the adobo ‘flavour’ in adobo dishes are just 1/2 soy sauce, 1/2 vinegar (dw when you cook it down the flavour deepens), bay leaf, brown sugar, whole black pepper corns, and the flavour of meat you’re cooking in the sauce Some filipinas fuck with it and add 1/3rd coconut milk while cooking it down but I find that shit weak 👎🏽👎🏽
