Cheers and Happy Friday from Illinois...12 hr shifts all week but Saturday homemade pizza for the kids steak shrimp and busch light for me with some loud music (Iron Maiden) .. can't wait..till then everyone have a good weekend and pitboys keep up the good work !!

It's great to see you branching out, pheasant hunting is very prevalent here in the UK, but as a meat it's not as available as chicken or turkey unless you order from a butchery

Exceptional idea ... I grew up eating pheasant cooked several different ways but never smoked ... btw ... mine always had pellet holes ... I didn’t see any in the those pieces ... sometimes the breasts was so ventilated you wouldn’t need a tenderizer... 😎

South Dakota has so many pheasants I think I know almost every way to cook them but I have never grilled or smoked them, going to have to give this a try. I like to chunk up the breasts and deep fry them in some corn meal breading with my secret spices....................yummy, better than chicken McNuggets. :-) Good video guys.

First time I would disagree with y'all . You do not need to put that poor bird through all that misery. Take a whole bird and smoke it with white wine and butter. All you need to do is baste every 30 min or so. Enjoy a great natural taste i garontee!
