Now that's a great looking pork chop sandwich. Thin slicing that cured ham and frying it made that sandwich. I will definitely be trying that, I'll bet it makes a great BLT or HLT sandwich.

Ooooee that meal looked fireeee, I think a rub video would be pretty cool, see all those different favorites of yours. I use to buy my rubs but I can't lie after watching BBQ Southern Style I started making my own rubs now and it definitely is a lot better having control of that salt fully and flavor.

Thanks for the vid BBQ Southern Style. It looks delicious. A question - I'm watching from the UK. Here we use mustard that's really hot (called English mustard, which is incidentally AMAZING in mac & cheese). I assume this isn't the kind used in this recipe. What kind is it that you used? Also, I'm looking at those battered onion rings and my mouth is watering at the thought of doing the same thing with peppers.
@bbqsouthernstyle3 ай бұрын
Thank you and welcome Al. Thats just cheap yellow mustard. Any smooth brand will do. Hope this helps and thank for the visit from the UK my friend.

Looks nice. Any tips for getting skin crispy on bone in pork chops? I fry at 375 for about 12 minutes using a deep fryer like yours but the skin is a little soft in the middle.
@bbqsouthernstyle3 ай бұрын
Yes, fry them a bit longer till you get them crispy. I fry all my bone in chops hard. Also use a thin chop. We call them Wafer chops in the south.
@derekw.98783 ай бұрын
Ok, I try to buy them thin but I don’t want to dry out and they get tough
