thanks for the video!...quick question, after installing BBR spring/ dampner do you still use the stock spacer that goes on top of the spring? (the one you set on your seat around 6:30 in this clip) thanks again

If I have pro it out triple clamp installed will doing this front fork setup like this be too much height in front? And will plus 3 Bbr brake cable work or will I need 5 with the pro circuit triple clamp plus this Bbr damping rods and springs?

Do u need damping rods to make the bike sit higher or can you just use heavy duty fork springs
@realmmfc2 жыл бұрын
Damping rods add the height, the springs will only add the stiffness.
@Cl4rky4 жыл бұрын
Hey man I’m trying to preload the standard spring with a few washers as a cheap way to get abit it extra stiffness. Is there a trick to getting the circlip out of the top of the shock? I’ve removed the black cap but I’m stuck as how to get the clip out and access to the spacer. Thanks a heap
@realmmfc4 жыл бұрын
its pretty tough to get out but no tricks really. Just take the pressure off of the ring by pushing down and pry it out with a small screwdriver.

Hello I recently installed springs and rods in my 2020 ttr110 and I'm not sure if its actually that much stiffer or the forks aren't compressing

That’s odd man. Did you forget to add fluid or the spacers back in there? If not, then idk. The BBR springs and rods are very noticeable

I followed the BBR instructions and it says with the spring out and fork tub fully compressed you should measure from top of the tub down 92mm. That’s where your oil is recommended to be. Not sure how many ounces it is though. Hope this helps someone.
