I think I’m going to try using my Apple Watch too. I’ve been using a normal thermometer but I wake up to pee a lot and I’ve never been able to see a shift even though I get a positive OPK. Do you have any tips for how you wear it comfortably while sleeping?

It doesn’t bother me while I sleep so I’m not sure how to make it more comfortable but I charge it while I shower every night and that’s enough to keep mine charged throughout the day and night.

Hi, I use my Apple Watch however can you explain how you determine your baseline temp and how you converted the watch temp into the premom. I want to start doing this but it’s a little confusing and I don’t know what my base temp is or how to get that information from my watch. Thank you and so happy and excited for you.

Hey, I also use my apple watch to track my temperature but I downloaded the Fertility Friend app and it gives you the option to synchronize it with you watch, then you don’t have to manually insert the temperature because the app will do it automatically. Every morning when I wake the temperatures are already there for me. Hope ot helps.

This is so fun to see!! Could you compare your heart rate? My heart rate always went up when pregnant but idk at what point in pregnancy! I would be interested to see if your heart rate increase early on to accommodate the extra blood flow!
