Nice setup, I've come back from ratchets to primitive setups for shorter everyday lines some time ago and love to see that it's actually becoming more popular. what's the weight of the complete setup as shown in this video?

its a 30m kit so probably 25m max including the tensioning

You didn't backup the carabiners of the tree sling. I would go arround the tree before making the fishermans knot. Wouldn't you?

pretty sure those biners are rated over 20 kn. To me, I feel comfortable stopping after the munter and trusting the biners. Especially on a primitive and if you're line is approaching max length, you likely won't have enough webbing anyhow
