I have mine setup to be stiffer, but honestly, they feel amazing. No issues whatsoever. I'd go with BC for sure!

I can't get the nut off the top mount whole thing just spins on me. Anyone else struggle with it too?

I have had this happen before and and impact will do the trick. If not, then use an open end socket and put a L allen key or whatever allen key you have in the socket hole to hold the shock in place, then turn it to get loose. Also maybe some lubrication will help

Loosening the axle nut is a great Trick for the front strut on these makes it 1000 times easier.

Barely any stretch, just enough to get like a nice flush fitment. But now I’m on Gramlights 18x9.5 +38 255/35 and it’s beefier

@@ElPinche97 yes that’s the tire size I’d prefer on 9.5 only got 3000km on a new set of continental dws plus But want to order 9.5 wheels guess I’ll just throw them in there till they wear out and my next set of tires will be 255/35

Sport mode is always On for me because of my tune. The only thing sport mode doesn’t activate anymore is the suspension because it’s gone. You’ve upgraded suspension to coils so way better anyways. The steering response and acceleration response still work 🙌🏽

@@Ryanaallen1 no for me. I took it out and just put d2 springs which are amazing two inch drop! Car feels good! I think they finally have legit coils for the 10 generation si now. Before they didn’t have coils for us.

Only reason I’m asking is because my stock rear struts just took a shit on me to replace them with OEM it will cost me $2000 but I’m like I might as well just upgrade the whole entire car suspension for two grand . My civic only has 50,000 miles on it. but I’m just on the edge of suspension. I want to get that will be reliable.

@@Ryanaallen1 I have no problems with my D2s . I have it about a year now. I know I might have to change my front struts soon because I’m close to 80k miles. If you have the money I would say put the coils but let a professional do it.
