Real bed and breakfasts can be great for communities and tourist economies…but these Airbnb people come in and disrespect the community, they aren’t being regulated by live-in tenants who make sure that they’re respectful to the surrounding area.

I just saw a u tuber that moved to 🇮🇹 Italy with his family and he lives in the country and bought property 5 of them were he is turned them all into Air B and B.This is happening a lot all over the world 🌍.And local people have been outed and upset about this because they are having a problem with finding a place to live and stay.

Short-term rentals are nothing but problems anywhere. Even up north on quiet lakes, people are disrespectful because they are only there for a short time, so they don't care about anyone but themselves . They should be banned everywhere. Let hotels handle hotel businesses with their own security and police services. Things can quickly get out of hand and run too crazy in any residential area . Especially when the clientele knows that they have no reprocussion to be concerned about. The thought that these places are quiet get away for family is not in the cards. Investors into BnB are doing a disservice to any municipality. Buy a hotel !

hotel industry wanna make money from travellers air bnb and short term rentals are challenging 150$ a night that hotels make . so here's the political issue .if someone have extrarooms wanna rent out to make extra income ? how is it affecting neighbours ? air bnb promote encourage tourism . and in bc tourism is businness.. noisy party can be disturbing . but if some traveler family is spending few day noting wrong with it .but no billionairs who own hotel chains want more money for big yatches. and creating issue when their is non is how scare mongering works to manifacture conscent of sheeples. look at people how they r reacting . exactly as needed

All i seen there was i am privileged and bored and i have to listen to people have fun and enjoy themselves and we aren't standing for it . Kelowna is a tourist town last i checked and also a vacation destination , move to Cranbrook or smithers then if you want quiet .
