OBC NCL certificate is valid for central government applications. For the TN state government applications, you can use your BC certificate.

The revenue department issues the certificate in Tamil and English. Why your certificate is only in Tamil? It is better to get the English version. Otherwise, get it translated and endorsed by Notary Public.

Sir we are applying NEET PG we are Tamil Nadu BC NCL which category to choose GN or OBC we are aiming for Deemed university As you aware cutoff for GN and OBC is difference which category to choose

If you have obtained OBC NCL certificate, select OBC NCL category. If not, select General category. In deemed universities, there is no reservation. So, it does not matter which category you apply to.
