Firstly, BCCI has made a wrong choice of a person to be the chief coach who has turned out to be a cheap coach in every respect. Maybe he is a very nice person in his personal life, but he is unfit to be the coach despite being the mentor to a team in the IPL. This cannot be a reason to make him to be selected as Chief Coach. Sarfaraz Khan has been just a scapegoat because he is from a poor background and has played well in domestic cricket. He is not a celebrity nor he has favours from the selection committee. There is a lot of politics in the BCCI and in the selection committee. Also, I have doubts about Agarkar's ability, intelligence and knowledge & experience to become the Chairman of the Selection Committee. Just for the sake of money don't destroy the career of better players who are partially a part of the team or who even though has performed well are ignored. Indians will never come out of their poor mentality where they put themselves and their requirements first rather than thinking about the pride of the nation. Sack the whole selection committee and the coaching staff and let the new people be impartial. If we have an illiterate man from BCCI as the ICC president then what else can be expected from we Indians!
