Reverse mullet bike. Rigid front, soft rear (reverse to hard tail). Ride the opposite style pedals to what you normally use. Cheap bike challenges, how much can you do on a cheap/budget/free bike (or try with a BMX bike). Street sessioning, rather than trails. Riding the wrong size bike, put Yuka on your bike, and you ride hers. To help Yuka with her pumping, chainless trail riding challenges, can only pump! Also try, get Yuka to work on a single set of tables. Start by riding them "normally" then and work on going slow and having to compress/pump more to clear them, then eventually work on the reverse, how to "not jump" at all (normally we teach this to new riders FIRST, how to ride a jump and absorb and get no air, because this is safer), but for you guys, just add in in wherever. Then how to scrub a jump, to absorb the lip, and even to table the jump to get super low and fast over it (race style). This will help her work on how to adjust to different jumps depending on speed. Then apply this same idea to bigger/harder/different jumps, including gaps.

I have a experiment going were i put an old light xc tire inside my regular tire because my tire had a big hole in it and tubless didnt work . I just cuttet the bead of the xc tire and puted a tube in it but secured the tube with this tubless nut on the valve stem because the tube has a hole in it. it actually holds air in it. you can feel the weight when paddeling but there is no difference jumping and doing whips. I can recommend it for bikeparks as you wont have any flats with the hybrit tube -tubless home made double down system as you have the best of tubes and tubless
