2:44 Accountability is not 'radical' or new in any way, shape or form. It might be something you are not familiar with, and it may *seem* radical once you've been introduced to it at such an advanced age, but it's not an anomaly. It's about time people raise their children to be held to a standard and to own the consequences of their own choices. For most people in trouble, accountability is the first step toward meaningful personal growth and it can't be ignored if you really want to improve your situation. Taking control of your life demands taking responsibility for everything you do.

The definition of radical is "to the root", not "new". Oxford definition: "(especially of change or action) relating to or affecting the fundamental nature of something; far-reaching or thorough" The definition of radical is misunderstood do to global presence of extremist groups... accountability is certainly fundamental, thorough, and radical.

Accountability is Kryptonite to narcissists and entitled privileged people or a certain social class.

I have been thinking about accountability as the A of O.R.A. and to have a positive ORA. Ownership, Responsibility, and Accountability. I will take ownership of (name). I then take responsibility of action related to that which I have ownership with. Accountability (I will take accountability in the work I have done and work that needs to be done like changing my behaviors or definitions with both the rewards and consequences of my actions and reactions).

3:20 wait wait wait back up a second did they just say r*pe and abuse is ok just because they said they're sorry? and in fact you should stay with the person who abused you or someone else you might know because of community and togetherness? I am not ok with that message, that seriously sounds awful. Especially as someone whos *been* through abuse, no I wouldn't forgive him just because he said he was sorry for what he did, that's still not ok...

most of the message in this video is fine but that bit just doesn't sit right with me, idk it just feels kind of gross.

Being accountable is easier to say than done. But it is doable & needs little courage and willingness. kzbin.info/www/bejne/j5CYh4CXg9GAjK8
