Thank you, the instructions were absolutely ludicrous.

Thank you. Don’t know if I could have done this with just the instructions manual. One thing that could have been helpful was with the packaging of bolts. Would have been helpful if they were labeled on the packaging. Nice job on the video. Thanks again. 👍🏼

One other thing. You have the middle bar (where you hang accessories) backwards. Wish I noticed during the install. I haven’t installed the cables yet. I’ll need to go back and reinstall that piece.

Your comments about the bolt packaging is well noted. This has been a thorn in our back side for a few years. We need to correct it. Thanks for the comments.

Just finished putting my BD-61 together, video could have been better, video angles would've helped....but my issue is. When i finished, i noticed in the very back above the carriage....theres 2 pulleys directly side by side that i cant get 2 nuts on to tighten down. Spacing there is limited. Thats the only flaw Ive noticed in installing this machine so far.

Video is very informative and well done. I was about to buy the Titan version til I came across this video. Any tips/tricks for getting the top piece on with a low 82” ceiling? Time stamp 13:24 makes me think this could be a big challenge.
@ValorFitnessInc Жыл бұрын
My first thought was to assemble the top pieces at the same time as the bottom pieces and create sides to the unit (not a top and bottom like the video shows). You would then walk up the assembled parts like a wall. Send me your e-mail so can attach some drawings on what parts to do first, second, third, etc..etc... jim@valorfitness.com

I must say your video for running the first cable as well as the paper documentation is very confusing. I watched twice and even drew it out and still confused. You first refer in the video to position #4 after the part 39 but then call it #3 later in the video. Here's a thought, label each position first with a camera walk-through. Also when you get done, use a different angle and show a face on view of the system with part #39 for example floating in the air and walk the user through of the cable's path with a camera once finally complete from start to finish mention each bracket number and part number (From starting mount between the two pulleys up to position 1 on top of wheel across to position 2 on top of wheel down to part 39 left side cable to inside underneath back to outside up to position 3 etc....) Very frustrating to watch this video and the one shot of the cable through the pulley at top mount already has the cable system further along then you should be at that point. It doesn't help that the cable keeps twisting like a snake as you run it. Is there any better video?
@dougm118 Жыл бұрын
I have it hooked up finally after three attempts and all stations work. However my cables to parts 39 and 45 look twisted. I mean, there is no danger of a catastrophic fails of a cable failing off a pulley since everything is tighted down? But I guess the twisted mess I have just causing extra friction when working with weight. If someone could put a picture of how it's supposed to look with directions like from pulley #2 to left side of 39 to inside of machine under pulley back out to outside back up to #3 etc that is what I need.

Thanks Darren, where in the video (or what in the video) can we do better? Assembly videos are tricky due to not knowing the user's assembly skills. If you have having trouble assembling your unit, feel free to send an e-mail. Jim@valorfitness.com

@@ValorFitnessInc One idea on how to improve this video (short of doing a new one) for customers is to insert still photos after each step where the camera doesn't show the cable/pulley step. Just insert helpful still shots during the video with someone pointing to the relevant pulley. From the side so customers can see what just happened.
