The bounty hunter missions unlock not when you unlock all of the bounty hunters, but when you unlock the six characters used in the missions. 13:09 The intended strat here is CCT Door Clip, the hardest trick in the game. 22:33 I fixed this in v1.5. 24:07 What I meant is that you need to drop out behind the door and wait for him to superjump into the transition on his own. 27:01 I fixed this in v1.5. 27:30 I fixed this in v1.5.

Most of the characters in Skywalker Saga feel like filler, imo. Yeah, it’s cool there are so many I guess, but I feel like that’s partly to justify the class system which kinda breaks characters depending on where they are in the story. Duplicates of the same characters are split up into different classes instead of just being variants of the same character. Force Awakens did an awesome job expanding characters abilities as they progressed in the story, allowing them to use previous mechanics on top of new ones as they grew. Heroes wearing disguises proves they could do that too, but just kinda chose not to in favour of the weird forced class system. Worth mentioning people keep forgetting or maybe ignoring that TT was trying to implement character customisation, and it’s even IN the game code and files, but they didn’t get enough time to get it working. Internal pressure forced them to drop it, it wasn’t an intended choice. Hope the next release in the new engine realises the customisation features they were working on.

GOD SAME I replayed that game like JUST this month and the lego humor they tried to insert around all the Marvel Movie dialogue scenes SUCKED. Even when I was a kid I didn't like that game, literally dropped it for years and only went back to it after going back to a plethora of other lego titles.

LEGO Creator has a better building system than LEGO Worlds. Not only does it have bricks with unique functions, such as the antenna that can make any build a playable character, but it also has hinge bricks, which allow for building in more ways than simply vertically.

I don't usually comment, but I have a few hot takes, so I'll oblige. The Complete Saga is the worst game to 100%, a crud ton of levels, the bounty hunter missions, and all the stuff you need to buy is already a lot, but then you have stuff like super story and the blue challenge kits, it's so boring and just feels like something the devs put in to artificially extend the games length. Lego Marvel 1, Lego City Undercover and DC Super Villains are the best out of the games after the OG trilogy. Lego Indy 2 is one of my favorites. And finally, Lego Pirates is the best out of the pre-voice acting era that isn't from the OG trilogy.

Completely agree with the Indy 2 vehicle missions. They're so fun I didn't grow up with Indy 2 but I grew up with HP1-4, which had the same vehicle physics in bonus levels. Me and my dad would enter the first bonus level and just hit each other in all the different vehicles, laughing at the physics, seeing how far you could hit the motorcycle, etc... Easily some of my most cherished lego games memories

After just doing lego harry potter 100% Harry Potter 1-4 is far superior to 5-7, less because 1-4 is better, and more 5-7 is worse. 5-7 has issues, such as the placement of certain red bricks, not where they are but which ones are where, by deathly hallows part 1 you already have a x8 multiplier with just the base characters, and then minor bricks are locked by dark magic, which, due to how spells are locked in 5-7, is unobtainable until the end of the game, even if you have a dark wizard. All characters learn spells (minus reducto) at the same time as the main trio, meaning any adult character you have doesn't know augmenti until you take the class, etc. 1-4 didn't have this, but made it feel fair as it was hard to unlock characters who had such spells until closer to the end of the game. 5-7 just has issues, it feels like it was never balanced properly so everything got nerfed, and also the removal of a ton of rooms from Hogwarts made it just feel empty, 1-4 had a bunch of "secret rooms" but 5-7 has two, the divination class room and tower.

I really wanted to 100% the Skywalker Saga but after finishing the story and replaying the first movie i encountered a bug where you can't exit any level, the button just didn't work, so i restarted the game which fixed the bug but gave me another one that made it impossible to skip cutscenes except the opening. Didn't bother playing more after that

hot take: lego indy 2 would have a much better reputation if it was limited to just kingdom of the crystal skull. the puzzle box designs for levels and the crystal skull hub worlds are genuinely fun to engage with and if any film can get away with all the odd boss fights it's that one.
