Almost all area is good to invest sir as entire layout is coming up within 16-20 Km from Majestic

They shd give a proper compensation to the farmers and site holders and then they show realease reasonable price per square feet in shivram karanth layout. and then they can release this project .

8000 is bit high, you can negotiate the price sir. Not sure about private layouts in that vicinity.

Yes sir, even I read the article. 4900 is very difficult for middle class people to afford, however it's worth for that location sir as the entire layout is coming under city limits only, surrounding areas are already developed a lot.

Yes, you can buy after they get BDA Khata. As of now BDA would have given regularisation certificate only but still penalty is not yet collected, once penalty/betterment charges are paid only then that house would be completely regularised.

@@nishajain6143 Can't buy now, hope the house you are referring to is built on revenue sites, also owner may not have Khata as well. Yes, considering current financial condition of Karnataka government penalty would be considerably high.

@@nishajain6143 Unfortunately there are many banks who are ready to finance houses with incomplete documentations also, you need to check what all documents submitted to bank while obtaining loan, check latest EC, recently our revenue minister said that one can't register the property without having computerised Khata, I am not sure whether the house owner (which you are planning to buy) has Manual Khata or Electronic Khata, apart from this there are so many other things which need to check before buying any property, i suggest you to take legal opinion from a lawyer for in detailed property report.
