Thanks for your video, I’ve got to install mine tomorrow. Your videos are easy to watch and you explain things very well and don’t go overboard. I’ve been watching and thumbing up your videos whenever you put one out. Keep it up

Hey mate a question do i also need to purchase an analog controller or can you use the dji fpv controller thanks
@OneManUnmanned10 ай бұрын
This adapter is to use analog modules with your DJI goggles. So, if you have an analog drone, you’ll need an analog VTX to see the analog image. The controller is a separate entity than the VTX. Your radio controller is predicated on what receiver(RX) you have connected to your flight controller. Some of the more popular controller protocols are, ELRS, CrossFire(CRSF), FRSky, or DJI. If you have a DJI RX in your drone, then you can use the DJI controller. The controller has to match the receiver.

Thomas, hope your good mate. If I bought the Cetus X will it work with this module? I have TBS Tango 2 Pro will that work with it too lol
@OneManUnmanned10 ай бұрын
It will work with the BDI Digidapter since the drone is analog, but the Cetus X(BetaFlight Version) only comes with an ELRS receiver or D8 receiver(if you chose the BetaFPV Flight controller version). There is no Crossfire version. I don’t know if you can fit an ELRS Nano module on the Tango2.

@@OneManUnmanned Coincidence a lot only with certain people. I just my v2 dji googles a few weeks ago but mainly have analog drones 👍. Looking forward to part 2.

Did this work well for you? I’m considering this route to open up cheaper options when the main digital is down
@OneManUnmanned2 жыл бұрын
Yes, this is working well for me, and is my primary goggles when flying analog drones. Others have indicated that there is slightly more latency than stand alone analog goggles, but I have not noticed it.

That's cool, Tomas. Is it for both the V2 and V1 DJI goggles?

Yes, compatible with both versions and works relatively well. No issues so far.

Dude.. these things are soo expensive. I pretty much closed my eyes and pulled the trigger.
@jeffclassics2 жыл бұрын
Yes they are very expensive for me too. I think I will buy a Dji mini 2 first since I have no non fpv drones. And when I'm ready, I'll consider it or hopefully by that time Hdzero development is good enough and cheaper enough alternative.
@OneManUnmanned2 жыл бұрын
I think that's a good idea... I'm also thinking about a mini2 because I'm sure the next version will be very expensive.

No, it will not work with Goggles2

Which receiver do you recommend with this adapter?
@OneManUnmanned Жыл бұрын
The best receiver is the Immersion RC Rapid Fire and TBS Fusion, but they are not cheap. The Eachine Pro58 RX and the URAUV RX5805 EVO are good cheap/affordable options that work well. The Eachine can be upgraded with newer firmware, but it does require some work. The URUAV works well out the box, but has a somewhat annoying On Screen Display(OSD) that canNot be removed. I’ve done a full review on the URUAV RX 5805, I’ll linked that video below. kzbin.info/www/bejne/oWHbd3-wpdGCr8U Buy the Fusion Here: www.getfpv.com/tbs-fusion-goggle-receiver-module.html?afid=uOgnt7ftD9XrzEt1&referring_service=link Buy the IR Rapid Fire Here: amzn.to/3MMTzim

I don't have any advice lithe than are you pressing the power button on the adapter. It allows you to turn on/off the module independent if the goggles.

Great video. What is the loose hanging part of the cable (7:11 in your hand)?

That is the power cable... It is how the goggles and the module gets power at the same time.
