I had it happen to me after a clutch change by stratstone Leeds. It lasted about 50 miles before it dropped onto the drive shaft. Scared the shit out of me!

A great engine build on a St engine and alot of things I didn't know on the liner mods and also when he's cleaning the head of why on porting on the head to get more flow and when he's putting the kollits on the valves why didn't he tap the valve with a hammer to check there seated properly and the collit his got it how it should but an very interesting video on the t5 engine I have an st225 too

Great video /channel gets better and Better when rebuilding the head I see u used the original valves cleaned up in drill would that be ok to apply to any engine rebuild to re-use valves also would a dry sump kit be ok for road going car with modified engine not just for track use finally doing a great job you guys are smashing it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

In honesty there’s plenty of ways to clean them however on the older engines the coke is far more stubborn and we found this the simplest and best way. We then polish them with some scotch in much the shame way to return the brightness. It’s all about figuring out the best process and this works for us. It may not be that conventional but if it ain’t broke - don’t fix it! Thanks for the fantastic praise and for watching. As we always say; it make this all worthwhile 💙

Lots of options: a great first addition is certainly an exhaust or even induction. So many mods to choose from with the little mk7. It’s one of our favourite little toys. The MK2 Focus ST has lightweight forged pistons, forged conrods and a forged crankshaft as standard from the factory. So what is the point in this?

the strength of the factory internals are no way near as strong as these such as k1 rods as there are different levels of forging plus I don’t think the standard internals are much good past 300bhp

What TF are you doing at 21:13 ? Use the proper tools for the job, using a screwdriver like that on sensitive engine parts is just plain stupid. That "mechanic" is what I call a "led hammer", would never get to touch my car ever.
