IF YOU HAVEN'T READ THE DESCRIPTION: THIS IS COMIC SPIDEYPOOL! Peter is NOT a teenager in the comics and hasn't been for decades. Peter and Wade are both grown adults, with Wade being around his 30's and Peter being about 28 according to Jordan D. White. The only reason Peter is depicted as a teen in so many adaptations is because that is where his origin story begins, but he has been an adult in the comics much longer than he was ever a teen and has been in many adult situations since, having gotten married, had children, owned a business, and has had multiple other adult relationships.

Everyone keeps saying that Peter is trans, but I honestly don’t see that. Maybe it’s just me being stupid or something or maybe I rather not know. I think, for me, it’s beautiful that I can’t see it because even if you’re Trans, you’re still valid as the gender you are. Trans, gay, bisexuals, you are all part of being humans. I think you’re in the clear because you’re self aware about not understanding. Being trans can affect someone’s experience quite a bit but also just exist in the world as natural diversity. Sometimes queer/trans people just feel a connection and read a person a certain way and it makes sense because why assume everyone is cis and straight + validation through representation (tho to be clear valid fan interpretation isn’t the same thing as canon rep, that’s another story). However, sometimes there’s coding or unintentional hinting or aspects of the way a character is portrayed that connect with multiple viewers so that something like a character being trans becomes something called fanon, or something so widely resonant that it becomes a type of non canon consensus among a significant amount of fans/viewers. I recommend doing some research on trans! Peter Parker in particular, many people have read him as such for a bevy of reasons that would take a long time to list here/are worth hearing from a range of people. Good luck, hope that clears it up a bit.
