For us in Europe, where not every man, woman, cat and dog have a gun, it only seems like an odd theme integration not to have guns on the playfield when there are guns on the LCD.

Note to Nick (who I really respect & relate to, btw): This year, I got to play a bunch of JJP pins. I literally walked away mid-game from TS4 because the bats were so noticeably underpowered (like Mr. Burns was inside the cab pushing them)-the same thing w Dialed In. BUT, I played Elton & the bats were like Barry Bonds! 👀 Not only THAT, it was a Platimum, and turned out the BEST pin I ever flipped in five decades. No joke. The slingshots had the best sound-effect I’ve heard (up there w TSPP pops 😅) & the lighting was a higher league. No one’s gonna tell me JJP _didn’t_ fix those Nerf flippers! 😮‍💨 As such, (1) EJ is my new Holy Grail pin, and (2) if this is how JJP flippers/coils are gonna be from there on, I may be puttin my $$ where my quacker is. 🤔🤷‍♂️✌️

It's funny you mention your last fav game of Steve's was Spiderman. Elton John is basically a good flowing evolution of Spiderman layout. Check out the layouts and shots. There's definitely a lot more add-ons for Elton John. I think the theme integration works great for the JJP RGB vomit. Something Godfather didn't really blend with well.

Help me understand your logic here... If we say positive things about a game, but don't add it to our collection, then we're shills? In other words, if we like a game, then we're compelled to buy it? Is that correct?

@@gusphan the logic is that you are saying “you’ll be buying it”, which is false. So by saying you’ll buy it, when you WON’T be buying it, to make others feel like “if they’re buying it it must be worth buying” is why it’s called shilling. Making false claims to entice others to make a purchase that you wouldn’t actually make if in their same position. Does that help clear up what I mean?

I’m not sure why it feels so heavy in this video, but normally I prefer watching your videos because I always feel like you guys are honest. But then you start saying ppl SHOULDNT CARE about No assets in Jurassic park? “Making excuses to not buy a machine” an absolute terrible take. “Everybody relax” - these are 7-15 THOUSAND dollar toys that only exist because these ppl buy them. Maybe instead of “relax” ppl should get more upset so that something actually changes. Used to think you guys were on the side of the player and for some reason this video just oozes the opposite. Also odd how you guys normally are really smart with your critiques but when mentioning how guns can’t be on the playfield you completely ignore how there’s numerous pins with guns on the playfield so it’s a BS reason - literally just released pulp fiction. So we know that’s just fake but all acting like it’s “the norm” “People will just forget about it, don’t worry the mod market will take care of you” - so after spending 14 THOUSAND dollars, you can go by second hand third party items and manually install them yourself to get the game to the BASE LEVEL of what it should of had from the start… and why do we have to do that again? Some fake reason proven incorrect by pins that have released recently? Ugh, I hate this new world. There’s zero integrity left, it’s all about pushing sales everywhere for everything.

@@gusphan firstly, I appreciate that you are even responding. The long and short of it is you were saying you have to decide if you’re going to buy a pro or a premium but I’m pretty sure it’s a safe bet you won’t be buying either so I’m not sure why you would say something like that.

The art package on JW is very disappointing and a total turn off theme wise. The JW theme should have been a bit darker and obviously contain some guns to reflect what the theme is all about. No buying that Liongate didn't allow guns in the art package. As it is, it is more of a lame disco with neon lights and pinks and purple colors abound. Would not want in my collection.

To your point, one thing I forgot to bring up on the art is that it has a Batman Forever vibe. I totally get what you're saying about the art style.
