I ordered 3 ip cameras the other day, and the price was slightly just slightly cheaper than other shops so i bought it from that shop, after 2 weeks the parcel came. Let me rephrase, a 10cmx10cm parcel came, and the description of the parcel was the 3 cameras i bought. So i returned the product (unopened) to Lazada saying i got a product not matched to the description. Expecting a full refund, They refunded 2 of the cameras but rejected 1 of it. Im like wtf? how on earth can you find the justification to reject my refund request. And now they said they will refund the rejected "camera" parcel to me, which has been 2 weeks in transit. Good job Lazada.
