It doesn’t seem that small! It even has a fireplace! I think the generous use of glass and the high ceilings must play a role. I like the clean modernity, without seeming to try too hard. This is a cutting edge, 21st century house for everyman and everywoman.

Bem... eu faria a casa de banho mais pequena, sem banheira, aproveitava o espaço a mais p quartos ou sala. A cozinha bastava o fogão ser do lado daqueles armarios todos e se fosse possível o lava loiças também, o espaço da ilha seria para a bancada mesa de jantar e aumentava a sala

Esta casa es un encanto, me gusta su distribución y su atmósfera acogedora. Hay un detalle que es más por mi gusto, que otra cosa. Cuándo cocino, no me gusta que el olor se vaya al resto de la casa, creo que la cocina la cerraría para evitarlo y encima de la lavadora situaría una secadora. Sólo son unos detalles, la casa me encanta.

Lindo projeto. Isso que faz a gente valorizar quem sabe fazer as coisas. O terreno aqui de casa é 10x20m... a casa ocupa quase todo o terreno, com uma lateral suficiente para 2 ou 3 carros. Casa mal construída, feita pelo "sei tudo" da época. A gente respeita. O cara se virou e fez a casa dele. Mas não tem espaço pra nada, tudo mal projetado. A cozinha é UMA SALA e ainda assim não tem espaço. Incrível. O banheiro a mesma coisa. Grande, mas sem espaço. Agora imaginem construir uma casa dessas e ainda ter 150m² em volta da casa, pras crianças, cachorros, churrasqueira, piscina, academia, jardim, etc. Ou quem sabe fazer algumas suítes/quitinetes pra alugar. E olha que ainda dá pra fazer dois pisos mais um terraço aí... e ficaria incrível... e sem paredes encostando nos vizinhos. Bacana. Muito bacana mesmo!

Super nice! And room for a tub too, a must on my list. Situated where I could turn the house around a bit so the front door faced the south side of my property along the fence line with the neighbor instead of right out toward the street. Also the roof could slope downward in the direction of prevailing winds. Laundry room, lots of windows. Just perfect. Any idea how much it would cost to build this? Do you sell plans?

Hermosa y bien pensada, muy bueno el corredor con el lavadero al costado, escondido tras puerta plegable , además lo genial: la puerta trasera! eso esta muy bien, se lo va a agradecer mucho la persona que decida hacer esta casa, porque, si tiene buenas ventanas , pero esa puerta impide que el traginar de la casa ensucie donde tiene que estar impecable, me encantó.

I think you should also show rooftop solar arrays and solar hot water panels, and GUTTERS. With that roof slope, I would think you would have great runoff and be able to store this runoff in an underground tank to be used for landscaping/gardening. I know I would look at these plans more favorably if these features were highlighted along with an HVAC system.

Nice, I would push out the front 2 feet. then set the house with a foundation on a reverse slope with a walkout basement to the rear. The wall between the bedroom and the living room would be widened to accommodate the stairway to the basement (reason for pushing out the front 2 feet). Also pick up room in the dinet area Now you can have a second bedroom and bath in the basement for visitors. Also increases resale value. Just enough house for me ..I would be very happy with it.

There are so many single person households these days. I wish builders would build a bunch of these as well as the 3 and 4 bed homes that they only seem to be focused on building now. Most homes are too big for the single person the world over. These would be the perfect size for one or a couple! What a gorgeous home. ❤

Not enough room for my clothes and stuff. Where would i put my tools? (band saw, table saw, drill press, hand tools, etc.) I would need a storage/work shed about the same size for my stuff that I deem essential for my life.
