A Director Penalty Notice (DPN) is a notice issued by the Australian Tax Office (ATO) informing a director or former director of a company that they may be personally liable for any outstanding:
(PAYG) withholding,
Goods and services tax (GST), or
Super guarantee charge (SCG) obligations
