On the bright side, upgrading artifacts is 100% sure to give you gains, while farming gear, frequently doesn't yield a single upgrade.

Was about to say the same thing. This is one big saving grace. Consistency. So overall, while I agree it can be a dangerous energy hole if you're not careful (or good at math), at least it yields much more consistent results.

Only thing that's frustrating for me is the amount of eipc artifacts u get from forging after all that grinding

Really good video, also if you cant farm stage 18 its really not worth the energy unless there is an event going on, the purple and yellow drops are terrible

makes just absolutely no sense for there to be rates like it’s summoning. 30% epic? 50% legendary? what’s the fucking point lmao. why even bother having stages if you can clear the hardest stage and only have a 20% chance to get the thing you’re grinding for out of a 10 pull. it’s just such a major energy sink for something where you get maybe 1 or 2 useful artefacts for every 1600 meteorite or so. they need to hurry up and add a stage 19-21 for AMR and completely remove the possibility of getting epic and legendaries from the drops honestly.

Been farming AMR all week.. 100+ runs a day.. searching for a Tear of twilight... still don't have one

i don't know why the frusrtation about this...personally i just sell all the legendary and purple to get matirials for upgrade exept from idirl's gaze and the fighter's one that make your champs to hit double hits for the ones that i may use as supports (estrid, volka etc). i get a mythic, i am happy, i get some legendaries i make them upgrade materials that i need so much so i am happy again, where is the frustration comes from?

I'm at a point where even if I get garbage artifacts from forging, the mythril is still super useful. Could probably chew through 40k mythril easy just maxing all the artifacts I have sitting around. Like I have enough for max 3 Scarlet Hunts with a couple left over, but the one I have on Salazar is only promo 4. Got about 4 Bastion Rings bing chilling that could be used to max out Brokkir's and promo another a couple times. Sharpshooters Crest I could max out for Nyx / Maul. Those would all be tangible upgrades and farming AMR is guaranteed progress towards those, or if I get lucky better upgrades like Tear of Twilight copies. While the 100 GR3-21 runs I'm doing atm will likely not reward any upgrades. 20 runs in and sold everything. But TBH I have spent too much energy on AMR lol, reason I'm doing some GR3 with my energy today. And just hoarding everything for the GR3 event coming up. Definitely gonna avoid AMR for the next month, probably even longer.

The worst part is at some point you have to do it because those artifacts are important! What's good about artifacts though is once you have them they're done, no random rolls on stats or anything like that. You just have to roll the same artifact 5 times to upgrade it.... smh.

I'm level 78 and my Mystery of Artifacts trial doesn't even have those skill crystal shards, so the rewards are even more trash tier.

amr is the best cause it' garaunteed upgrades no matter how u look at it, either ur getting what you wanted to ur getting mithril from selling unwanted ones. Most non whale people will not beat gr-19s without artifacts. Like you need idril's gaze for idril in gr3, ull need tears and keen wisdoms for gr1 and ur dolores, you need various other artifacts for guild boss heroes. Artifacts are always an upgrade vs gr ur getting one if ur lucky that day. obviously this is not a blanket statement and is based on where your account is but ignoring artifacts is not something I would recomend or u will regret it later. Though a safe way to play this game until you really know what ur goals are is just do what the events want you to do and u should be ok.

I had a quest to get say 66 pieces ( I cant remember) so I ran it 11 times and I was 6 short, so I ran it 2 more times then I was like 15 over lol. yeah totally random.

i hope they just adjust the min max.. 2-10 is trash.. could've they made it 4-10 then atleast spending on stamina may be worth it..
