I traded in a lot i noticed item get reject are mostly brand new looking item, or small like watches. While tablet alway get approved. My thought is that someone's work there alway swapping bad watch for good one. That why most of my trade in device look beat up or have scratched but always get approcved except something brand new. Samsung need ro monitors all those worker who does the boxes opening and inspecting before turning a customer into a victims

they’ve never rejected my trade in. I’ve done 6 and they were all slightly scratched and these types of videos always make me so nervous. They gave me 900 for my 1.8 year old s23 ultra and that week I was a nervous wreck waiting for their response.

I got rejected for different item when I sent the right phone and recorded it. There were rumors of employees switching customer trade ins for cheap broken phones and stealing our phones we sent in

@scottripley8535 yeah I'm seeing similar comments. I always record what I'm sending... hopefully Samsung does some 🔎 investigating

I wonder if you rejected the lower adjusted value, will they ask you to pay back to 400 bonus value?
@mohamadelhout10 ай бұрын
You'd probably lose the $400 as well. For next trade-in, I'll just assume I'll get only the bonus value 😅.

I am having the same problem...the problem is there is no way to contact them...

Yeah, I just assume the worst to lower my expectations.

Sent my s21 which was in perfect condition they gave me 150$, they come back with offer, telling me it has scratch on it. I bought the s21 new and put protective sheet on it never broke so the display have no scratch. Took a picture before sent it to Samsung an they say they cannot do anything. Don't do the exchange program it 's a total scam
