Amazing . Next post Maharashtra’s special ukkad kodbole . Mix in one cup jowar flour salt and ajwain and mix with butter milk and make rings like chegodi . This is first step . Next take heavy bottomed pan heat oil season with mustard, green chillies , curry leaves , hing and add three to four glasses water . Bring to a boil , add a little salt to the water ,add the chegodies to the boiling water and cook on low to medium flame and occasionally stir together ensure that the rings do not break . Cook till done without closing lid . Add. Little ghee while it’s cooking and garnish with fresh coriander . Healthy kodbole is ready . Eat with any pickle papad. Etc .
