Be In Awe Of Yourself Part 3

In this video I describe the 6 values and give a brief introduction to the 24 character strengths.
1.Cognitive Strength (or mental action or process of acquiring knowledge and understanding through, experience and senses. - wisdom (5 creativity, curiosity, judgment, love of learning, perspective)
2. Emotional strength (a natural instinctive state of mind deriving from ones circumstances, mood, or relationships with others) - courage (4 bravery, perseverance, honesty, zest)
3.Social and community strength (relating to society or its organization or needing companionship- Humanity (3 love, kindness, social intelligence) &
4. Justice (Aristotle defines justice as; Equals should be treated equally and unequal’s unequally) (3 teamwork, fairness, leadership)
5. Protective Strength (keep safe from harm or injury)- Temperance (4 forgiveness, humility, prudence, self-regulation)
6. Spiritual strength (relating to or effecting our souls) - Transcendence (5 appreciation of beauty and excellence, gratitude, hope, humor, spirituality)
