In this short video from a live Q&A with my private group of men who are growing stronger everyday in every way, we talk about adapting our social skills to meet the demands of the environment. Let me know what you think.
P.S. If you're interested in becoming a KING in your life (in fitness, business and with women) and want to join a group of like-minded men who are growing stronger everyday in every way in this degenerate age...
DM me with the word 'KING' on Instagram ( / elliotthulse ) - me and my team will get back to you with the details to see if you qualify.
Done.

Masculine energy comes from consistent daily habits. Things like cold showers, working out, and NoFap. When you do this long enough, you just know you're among the elite of men. It's like an internal signal or switch that just flips

To extrapolate on this, masculine energy and confidence develops through consistently exposing one's self to difficult challenges and succeeding. He mentioned lifting, cold showers and NoFap, which are all good things to work on, but it can be done through any sort of adversity you choose to put yourself through. The key is said adversity has to have a positive outcome and be aligned with masculine values. Trust me on that one, I learned the hard way. So figure out where your weaknesses lie as a man and double down on improving them. Watch and see your confidence in yourself as a man sky-rocket once you're successful with it.

I was a “nice guy” for so long up until 29. I finally realized I was being pushed over, passed up for jobs, and given more workload for no additional pay because “he’ll do it and not be combative.” Now, I don’t give a shit, keep my face straight, hold myself upright, work hard, and don’t take shit from anyone nor allow anyone to get away with shit behavior in the work place. It’s gotten me respect. I may not be liked, but I am respected and that’s all I care about.

One thing I'll add is that if you can, surround yourself by other masculine men. I think the environment I grew up in shaped me quite a bit. I grew up several miles away from the nearest town and even that town had only a population of about 300 people lol. But living the country life on a farm, there was always hard work to be done. And the older men around you will always call on you to help. I had a close relationship with my father, brother, and uncles so I was always being called on to help with something even when I was like 5 or 6. Knew nothing but hard work and that's something I think any man should be able to do. When shit needs to get done whether you feel like it or not, have to be able to flip the switch, not moan, and get it done. That's a trait all men should have and one I think we often gain by being around other masculine men.

I think the word the young man who asked the question is looking for is: DISCERNMENT. Knowing what is right and what is wrong depending on the situation. What is appropriate at this time and is inappropriate at another time. A lot of men I've met from the red pill and manosphere seem to want to have a ready made ideology or simple platitudes that apply in every situation all the time. Heck, I do too since it'd make life simple but life isn't that simple. I find that turning to God will help a man develop his sense of discernment. God will show you who you are, and when you know yourself through God you will know how to act appropriately and with discernment.

Smiling in photo's is about context. In your wedding photo's you smile (hopefully) because you are happy. If you are on holiday, you smile in photo's because you are (or wanting to) portray your enjoyment of that moment. It could be because there is a social pressure to appear happy. Of course there are other circumstances where you would make a conscious decision not to smile, for example, out of protest, or genuine dissatisfaction, or maybe even an attempt to portray a more 'masculine' image... But is that any less fake than a fake smile?
@curiousgeorge7508

Good point, all things in communication need to be done in proper context. My guess is his point is just to be real and if you don't want to smile then dont, not for portraying an image of alpha or manliness but just because you dont feel like it and donr succumb to social pressure of "smiling for pictures"

Elliot, don't think more height means more alpha. As a 6ft3 guy I know plenty of goofy insecure tall guys who have no idea how to lead, stand up for themselves or seduce a woman. To me, being 'alpha' is being confident in your own skin. It doesn't mean you're the hardest or loudest guy in the room. Also what I would say is I think taller guys do tend to be more confident in their own skin naturally, I think a lot of shorter guys get hung up on height when they really shouldn't. I see this a lot in the RP community, people blame their lack of success on height because it's an easy excuse. The advantage of being shorter is that you can get yoked very easily. It took me 5-6 years of solid training to fill out my big long frame (80 inch reach wooo). All my shorter mates (5ft8-11) were getting yoked within 1-2 years. Embrace what you do got

I think James bond is a worldly example of masculinity.. If you check out wild at heart it sort of speaks on this. I think James bond and maybe even John Wayne type Era of masculinity is what gave us toxic masculinity and things like that. Those characters did not have one thing.. The ability to show sincerity and have emotional understanding for others. Just my thoughts. Not discouraging anyone on their journey.

I agree with that but.. If you look at james bond character you'll see that he is a real masculine man but he has traumas. Emotional and psychological traumas and that is what makes him a bit cold I should say. A kid whose parents have died. So be sincere and have emotional understanding for others is good but.. As a man you have a different role in this world. Women show emotional understanding and sincerity most of the time cause thats their role. Not saying it's feminine to show those things as a man but it kinda is. You just have to have the perfect balance. I mean thats what a masculine frame really is. Its having a balance and control over your character.

Yup and thats why the far left want to destroy james bond now. They want someone of color to play the next one, now i do not have a problem with that if it just naturally came like that. But its so obvious that the woke culture pushes this and if they succeed they will probaby get someone who is indoctrinated enough and not a good actor.

I guess as you get older you gain this sense of maturity and self awareness, but the desire to be the “coolest guy in the room” is way beyond unnecessary. Leaving a lasting impression on those you do come across and engage with is great, but lusting for moments as such is pretty much you living to impress others. Having “Charisma” is cool, but developing your masculine energy, and living in your own truth supersedes what you would like to be perceived as from someone else.

Elliot hulse, I have a question an how to deal with people trying to break my wall of what I call stability within my emotions, well supplicated with stoicism and self control. I am twenty years of age and my friends and family keep on trying to control what actions I take within a logical affirmative state that they cannot comprehend. I wake up before sunrise and pray five times a day with a strict workout regiment I have initiated for four years. With this I work as a accountant and have side hustles. I restrain myself from seeking unnecessary pleasure. However the strict lifestyle I live makes people around me uncomfortable in a sense that they try to change who I am by ridiculing the beast within. I have been accumulating knowledge and striving for self betterment every day of week and need advice on what path I can take with weak people struggling to change me and simply cannot appreciate my convictions. I thank you for your time.
