just found out The Dramatics featuring Willie Ford consist of: Willie Ford; Ron Carter; Bennie Taylor; Michael Boyd; and Harley Brown. they are managed by Sandra Banks, widow of Ron Banks. (R.I.P.) Ron and LJ were best friends, and LJ and Lenny Mayes (R.I.P.) were brought into the group personally by Ron. wonder how he would feel about the alledged riff between LJ and Sandra and Willie?

Lj has always been the voice in the Dramactics, lenny mays had a certain appeal to the ladies as did ron. This group will keep it going because they can still sound like and do the original songs. Ford's group can't duplicate that richness the group was famous for.
