This is before Kiryu starts his own orphanage, the orphanage in question is Kazama's. Edit: The doggo's name is Pochitaro

stabbing to purposely miss vital organs is pure fiction the reality is that, while most people's organs are ROUGHLY situated in the same place, there's no way to know exactly where they are without having a look inside not to mention the stomach is extraordinarily fatal. where do you think all those leaky stomach acids go after being ruptured by a glass bottle that big? that, the force of the blow, glass shards broken off in his stomach, bone fragments, lacerations on literally everything in there? that guys dead as fuck
