@@Psalm-yg6yi In type and/or antitype it speaks either of the second coming or events leading up to the second coming ...such as the exploits of Rome against the kingdom of God and man. Certainly does. One classic example I use to show people is in Acts as Paul gets on a ship. That ship is antitypical of God's church. The tempest, being tossed about, the storm, THEN crashing on Malta. Home of the military order of the RCC. Having to toss all the tackle overboard - all the SO unnecessary things that have nothing to do with salvation, even the rudder, letting God alone guide it. Every Bible story has a type- which are the words written about a past occurrence and then antitype- the future occurrence.

That is not an accurate understanding of prophecy. Prophecy does not only talk about future events. Prophecy or to prophesy or to profess a word from God into a given situation. All prophecy comes from God. The only difference between prophecy before the Apostle's writings and now is that God's written word is complete and so prophecy nolonger gives new revelation but now professes existing revelation into a specific situation. If God were to reveal your sin to me then I could profess to you your sins and profess to you an apt response. Perhaps God might convict you through such prophecy. Or I might profess that your thoughts are leading you down biblical inaccuracies and God might guide you straight through that. But this is a gift of The Holy Spirit so I cannot just do this out of my own or for my personal gain.

Another good one from S. Afrika is Walter Veith (pron. : fight). An excellent teacher on type and antitype which basically explains prophecy (the way God intended it to be understood, not the way Rome intended) ...above most I've heard. This man here I've never heard until today and I like his conviction and energy. Of course that accent is cool too. ...Dire times indeed !

@@donnamachado6269 You are completely ignorant of the facts. They absolutely believe Jesus Christ is God. What they also do is have enough sense to research scripture in all 3 of the original languages and deduce that THE Archangel (not AN archangel, means CHIEF OF the angels) , Michael is not an angel at all, but literally the Son of God, Yashuah ha Messhiach, and the scripture also backs it up. While you're quoting Hebrews, perhaps you can check out Hebrews 4:3-11 and realize that God's Sabbath is the seventh day , or you can carry your allegations back to Rome and their pagan SUNday that all of scripture warns us about. Oh, btw, Veith has probably forgotten more about the Bible than anyone you know has remembered. Have a blessed day.

The fear of man indeed brings a snare. The situation particularly in Australia is horrific. I said last year from the beginning that these lockdowns should never have happened. In Daniel chapter six Daniel refused to obey the edict not to pray any god or man for thirty days. When the governments' of the world said flatten the curve the church should have stood up proclaiming that God Has not given us a power of fear and of power and of a sound mind. Furthermore Jesus mingled with the sick and healed them. Furthermore all work is God ordained. Social distancing and not going to work is of this god of this world. God created us in His own image and to be social beings.

Man lost image of God during the fall that’s why all have to be born again/ be saved . To have Gods image reinstated back to him So unsaved lost man that’s not born again is in Adam’s Image after the fall and can only be Christ image after being born again

Genesis 9:6 Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man his blood be shed; for in the image of God has God made man. What is true is that in Adam all die but those who come to a saving faith in Christ are born again and will not experience the second death.

Proper&correct observation brother (in my own humble opinion). I, myself,have attempted to inform pastors of churches of 2 Timothy 1:7 but to no avail. Very often I would be flat-out ignored and not even thanked for attending their ministry. Do you know how many people, Christian people at that are so divided by this season we facing. I'm in New Zealand and the fear is evident by their compliance to everything that's preached from the government pulpit. Years ago Derrick Prince was in New Zealand and God showed him that there's a stronghold of complacency over the nation. "She'll be alright mate" attitude. Nothings changed.

Brother cry out to the Lord and hold on to his word and His deliverance WILL COME TO YOU, IT DID FOR ME, I was terrified and it took two weeks of prayer and God was faithful. This morning I was praying and it occurred to me that we can think of things this way… picture a big circle ⭕️ and in that circle are the people of the true God and the attributes of our Father that we try to emulate. Then there is another circle ⭕️ in which the unsaved exist and the values that are important to them. These two circles overlap a little bit - there are a few things we have in common. But as time goes on those circles are pulling away from each other and we have less and less in common. Soon we will be almost completely separated - they will eventually completely discard the things of God as they did at the time of Noah and the time of Lot. Within their circle will be complete chaos with little fiefdoms trying to position themselves for power and they’ll try to pull us in to their nonsense. We need to stand strong and stay focused on Jesus. Satan is the great deceiver - if their nonsense seems utterly crazy it’s not your imagination - they are deceived in ways that seem incomprehensible to us. Don’t buy in to it - stand your ground with the strength of God.

We really Will be hated by all nations for His name sake. We signed up for this because they hated Him first and we are Not greater than our Master. Some great exegetical points. I don't agree with everything partly because I need to study some of it more. I do think he is off the mark on some of it.. when it comes to condemnation for drinking for instance. In Romans and Corinthians Paul talks about no more condemnation based on eating or drinking if done without leading others astray, and if done for God's glory. But this is such a beautiful message for any period of the end times which started 2000 years ago when Jesus Christ ascended. Jesus did say to look for signs but also said nobody will know the hour. So, fear nothing but God.
