So we’re alternating dimensions based on emotional state?

It's based on your frequency. When we get stressed we drop in frequency/vibration. When we are loving, present and calm, we are in a higher frequency. We can raise our frequency in many ways. Personally I use Reiki because it connects me to the highest frequency available, Divine Source and I daily raise my frequency/vibration daily in this way. I also do a lot of shadow work to clear blocked areas of my energy field and through doing this for many years have been able to access states of bliss. I still drop down but can raise my frequency quickly. Try different practices and see how you feel after, you'll feel that you are in a greater vibration because you feel loving, calm, giving, generous, open minded, still, exploded, and immune to drama. This stuff cracks me up. Soul implies individuation, which of course there is none. Only in illusion. This applies to higher self, lower self, soul, source etc. There is ONLY source aka consciounes aka reality, and then there is the contents of consciousness which is also itself the same consciousness. So when and where does your soul, self, etc arise? In your imagination, your dream. Now wake up, or don’t, it matters not. People are playing the same games under the guise of “waking up” all the while remaining fast asleep.
