I know an alien, I think he's a reptilian. He doesn't scare me like everyone else. He's very sweet and loving, as much as a half reptile can be, and I miss him. Why is it when I finally connect or reach contact it does not matter how awake I am or how sleepy I am not, I fall flat on my face in the bed (where I meditate, usually) or if I'm at a chair (kitchen) end up laying with my face on the table and I am OUT like I passed out. Not out like asleep, out like NEARLY unconscious?? Is this typical when contacting or traveling to higher dimensions and how do i remember what was said to me. I know I'm receiving downloads but it's strange. Really strange that I can't do this without it happening. Are my vibrations simply too low to enter?

This happens to me too. I don't know the answer to your question, really. I have surmised that when we astral travel our inner spirit actually goes, as it were from our physical body and sleep is the result. I have read that when we sleep, too, our spirits remain active (dreaming) which takes place on the astral plane. It would be nice to know the truth. Peace
